  • Send an email to request the auction rules and we will forward them along with a form to fill out and return, for making a bid.
  • Bids must be received by mail on or before the closing date.
  • The owners reserve the right to select the bid of their choice.
  • Should the selected bid be less than the reserve price, the owners may invite the selected bidder to negotiate a mutually agreeable price.
  • The home will be sold if the reserve price is met; or if there is a mutually agreeable price from the selected bidder.
  • The successful bidder must be prepared to forward in trust a $15,000.00 (CAN. Funds) deposit by wire transfer as part of the purchase agreement.
